We’re going back to the Southern Hemisphere for this SIPA. We’ve been so fond of white wine and berry notes we have been getting from our current lots of Enigma and on this SIPA we have added the dank grapefruit of Strata and tropical and pear vibes of Galaxy for a super pungent and sessionable beer. Built to have a fluffy, creamy body this is a silky SIPA for everyday drinking
