Nuestra primera West Coast IPA en ir a lata de 330ml es una mezcla entre la vieja y la nueva escuela. Seca, amarga, y resinosa con toques de frutas tropicales acompañando. Una base cítrica y con notas de pino le dan estructura a notas a piña y melocotón a la vez que unas notas cítricas supercargadas que vienen del Citra y Simcoe. Con una malta base similar a nuestras últimas West Coast, hemos bajado un poco el trigo para darle un l´cuerpo más ligero para resaltar la bebebilidad. En el paladar notamos saboresw a pino y pomelo con un toque de dulzor de la malta finalizando con un amargor que resiste lo justo y necesario hasta el próximo trago. Es una West Coast IPA diseñada pensando en la bebebilidad, y además es Gluten Free!

Our first west coast IPA to go into 330ml cans is a little mix of old and new school. Dry, bitter, resinous and dank with touches of tropical fruit sitting in nicely. A citrus and piney foundation of Cascade and Columbus give structure to the top notes of pineapple and peach as well as a more supercharged citrus vibe from Citra and Simcoe. Keeping a similar malt base as our recent west coasters this sees a slight decrease in wheat malt to provide a slightly leaner body to enhance the perception of dryness and drinkibility. On the palate bright grapefruit and pine show up first with a hint of malt sweetness before a bitter finish that lingers just long enough until you take your next sip. This is a west coast IPA designed with drinkibility in mind and what’s more it’s even Gluten Free!
