ANY SECOND NOW

Este es nuestro segundo lanzamiento en el año de una IPA con lúpulo experimental y hemos usado HBC735. Este lúpulo esta super cargado de aceites esenciales con 3.6 ml/100g que, por ejemplo es el doble de lo que lleva Mosaic. Obviamente no es todo lo que juzgamos con respecto al aroma, pero es un buen indicador. Este lúpulo tiene notas a cantalupo, limón piña y naranja y creemos que el mango de Mosaic le complementaría perfecto. Usando la malta base de alguna de nuestras IPAs, nos permite mostrar todo lo que el HBC735 tiene para ofrecernos como lider en el dryhop. con un cuerpo cremoso que da lugar a un final levemente seco, mostrando un amargor fino pero refrescante, este es el tipo de IPAs que nos encanta beber!

Our second experimental hop IPA release of the year sees the focus turn to HBC735. This hops carries a huge oil content of 3.6ml/100g which is double what Mosaic normally clocks in at. This isn’t everything when it comes to judging how aromatic a hop is but it is certainly a good indicator. Being described as a hop with big notes of cantaloupe melon, lemon, pineapple and orange we decided some mango heavy mosaic would compliment it nicley. Using one of our base IPA malt bills this allows us to show what this hop can do as the main aspect of a dry hop charge. With a creamy body that gives way to a slightly drier finish showing a refined but refreshing bitterness, these are the types of IPA’s that we love to drink!
